Christian worship experience affirming the love and belonging of all people. Delicious homemade dinner provided every week! Our Sunday dinner and worship is the cornerstone of our community life.

Taize Brother Visit UMD

Tuesday, Nov 4, 7:30pm and Friday, Nov 7 all day

Mark your calendars! The Taizé Brothers are visiting UMD for two special events focused on peace and prayer: Tuesday, Nov 4 (7:30 PM Prayer Service) and Friday, Nov 7 (All Day Reflection). A beautiful chance to slow down and find peace right here on campus.

​Fall Formal

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Hope Lutheran Church

Get ready to dress up because The Humble Walk and The Table Formal is happening. The dress code is semi-formal (dresses, skirts, nice pants, collared shirts, etc.), and the event, which includes catered food (restaurant TBD), costs only $5, payable at the door or via Venmo to @LutheranTerps. Please remember to RSVP by November 10th so we can finalize the food count. You can do that by filling out this form

Here are our upcoming trips!

San Francisco Winter Break Trip: January 11-18
Tired of campus? Escape the cold and join The Humble Walk for an incredible winter break trip to San Francisco from January 11-18! This is more than just a trip—it's a unique chance to blend deep theological study with real-world ministry experience. We'll spend Monday through Thursday at the Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS), with mornings in the classroom diving into theology with a professor and afternoons dedicated to visiting ministry sites across the city. Friday and Saturday will be free days. The cost is only $150, which is all-inclusive and covers your flight, food, and accommodations (shared hotel rooms for the first four nights, followed by two nights likely at a local church).  For questions or concerns about accommodations or cost, please reach out to Pr.
